What I've Eaten Today

What I've eaten Today:

Today I have not strictly been vegans, nor vegetarian for that matter, but I have avoided meat for some meals.

Breakfast:

Oats with milk.

A snack: Chicken Wrap (it had chicken, eggs, cheese in it)

Another snack: Banana smoothie with blueberries, strawberries and coconut water, with extra berries on the side

Another snack: a big massive juicy MANGO.

I'm not sure what I'll have for dinner, but perhaps I'll eat out and have fried rice, or make some at home with brown rice and broccoli.

I don't have any meat, dairy or eggs in the house, which is a good start.

I'm still working on minimising meat.

  1. I feel a better diet can be had without meat. Planning is required however and since I have had previous experience with being a vegetarian it is easier. However not easy when staying at other people's places who have little vegetables in the diet and lots of processed food.
